Retired Teachers (Teachers) teaching abroad

These days a lot of foreign schools (kindergarten to colleges and universities) opening campus here in Myanmar

At the same time, a lot of Myanmar teachers (starting out with ex professors, professors and different levels) teaching abroad. Most of them were well trained in prestigious universities from Industrialised  Nations and had great experience in Myanmar too. They speak bilingual. Some coming back from abroad in a break to buy properties such as ranches, plantations, houses and so on. All kinds of properties are expensive anywhere in Myanmar.

A lot of countries offer their own intellectuals with  attractive salaries (in 7-digitsUSD) and benefits to let them work back in their countries for development of all kinds of industries, schools and universities R&D. Myanmar is not doing anything in that regard for decades.

And a lot of able teachers (retired from universities and colleges) working for oversea NGO and volunteers groups in Myanmar. They may be ex rectors, ex provosts, ex professors and in the medical and engineering fields as well

I wish this country can offer properties and other benefits (such as cars, very cheap here) to attract them coming back for teaching job here in Myanmar for the benefit of future generations of Myanmar school children
