Mercury rising during the month of February, 2018. My town in My country is hot in Summer. Even by the end of Winter, seeing and feeling the heat already in daytime

Used to live in California for long time. It is also very hot and dry, dusty in desert areas and inland empire different 20F from Bay areas. About 17 years I lived and worked in inland empire, some project sites and offices by the edge of Mojave desert, some sites in Inland Orange County rural areas. They are hot and dry in Summer 90F(32C) ~ 120F (48C), especially in Death Valley by Edwards AFB by Hwy 395, it is un-habitably hot with 134F (56C). Indio, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage areas also experience high temperature. I always adapt extreme temperature by adjusting my work hours. Rain, shine, stormy or freezing, no issue

Especially when the weather is hot, dry and dusty conditions, I start work so early at 3am or 4am latest. I always be the one who come into the jobsite before the dawn break. That was just an example what I did.

Now, here in Myanmar, there will be a lot of outdoor construction in Summer time before the rain comes. Suggesting that private sector and government sector shall coordinate and start changing time in year 2018. In UK this year daylight saving time starts on 25 March (after Winter in Myanmar) to set the clock forward 1 hour and 1 hour back in the fall (after Rainy season in Myanmar)

I would suggest to set the Myanmar Clock 3 hours forward and 3 hours back to beat the heat and as usual we beat the other guys records in the food chain, saving people from heat strokes and money, and be the first in the World
